Der aktuelle Einsatz eines Managers ohne Grenzen in den letzten Wochen hat gezeigt, dass es zur Erreichung der Ziele notwendig ist, den CEO des Partnerunternehmens neu zu besetzen und den CFO in seiner Einarbeitung zu unterstützen. Für die Übergangszeit von 3 bis 6 Monate, bis ein neuer lokaler CEO gefunden und einsatzfähig ist, suchen wir einen pro bono Interimsmanager. Das ist eine Ausnahme in der Projektberatung, aber für dieses Sozialunternehmen unbedingt erforderlich.
Profil des Interims-CEO Personality: patient, capable of working with low-capacity people, somebody with emotional intelligence, a sort of coach. Also, this is Africa, so as you know we need a certain flexibility and tolerance to inefficiency and non-functioning of basically everything. Africans like likeable people, people who like to talk, it will be easier if the person has an outgoing temper. Somebody firm but compassionate. Finance skills: I think that a good mastering of finance/accounting would be important, given the work we have done on the pricing policies and its calculation. This manager would have to coach the CEO and the CFO on budget planning, price calculation, accounting policies. Marketing skills: Marketing is a bit weakness for us, so if this managers has a good understanding on how to approach clients, on client segmentation and market positioning, on communication policies, that would be great. We will now hire a new marketing manager, but given the budget available I am expecting this person to be fairly young and inexperienced, so some guidance will be necessary. Clearly a taste for fashion and cloths could be a plus since we are selling this kind of products.
